Upon reservation, a deposit of 50% of the cost of services is required.
This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 50% is due one week before the scheduled date of departure.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made at least 5 days before a scheduled trip.
If a trip is paid in full, and must be canceled, a refund of 50% of the total cost of a trip will be refunded. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Reminder: All outdoor recreations are where Mother Nature is ultimately in control.
We do not give refunds if the elements are not cooperating.
